Age Requirements

I'm sorry, but I can't provide services to anyone under 16. If you look under 25, please bring a photo ID. If you book for someone under 16, the appointment will be canceled, and full payment will be required if within 48 hours.

Marketing

By booking with me, you agree to receive our email or SMS updates. To opt out, just let me know in the salon, email me at sales@hdlashes.org, or use the unsubscribe link in the messages.

Booking

Deposits are to be paid by bank transfer, I will send you a text message to follow this up, please make sure you double check you entered the correct phone number. If no payment has been made after 24 hours the appointment will be cancelled.

Deposits are fully refundable 48 hours prior to the appointment. If given between 24-48 hours notice your deposit will be kept as it's non refundable. On the day cancellation or you don't turn up to the appointment you will be expected/asked to pay the full amount, if you do not pay this you may not be able to book again.

Late Policy

If you’re running late, please call me. If you’re less than 15 minutes late, i’ll do my best to fit you in. If you’re over 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and you’ll still be charged for the missed appointment. I understand things happen, but missed appointments hurt my business.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. If you can’t, you’ll be charged the full amount. Deposits are non-refundable, but giving notice means you won’t be charged for the full missed appointment.

No Shows

If you miss an appointment without letting me know, you’ll be expected/asked to pay the full amount if you do not pay this you will not be able to book again.

Arrival

Please arrive 5 minutes early with clean, makeup-free eyes, brows, and lashes. Extra cleaning time means less treatment time and may incur a £10 fee. Late arrivals may shorten your service time but will still be charged in full. Less than 40% lash extensions require a full set. Book infills within 2-3 weeks of your last appointment.

Refund & Complaints Policy

Booking fees cover my time, products, and expenses. If you’re unhappy with a service, contact me within 48 hours. We’ll assess and fix any issues caused. We have a zero-refund policy to keep prices fair for everyone.

Prior Allergies & Allergic Reactions

If you’ve had allergic reactions to lash extensions before, this treatment isn’t recommended and is non-refundable. We aren’t liable for any reactions.

Patch Test

Stop by the salon for a patch test at least 24 hours before your treatment. We recommend testing every 3 months.

Out of Hours Appointments

Need a last-minute lash appointment outside normal hours? Contact me directly; I may be able to fit you in for a £10 fee.

Eyelash Infilling

We don’t infill work from other technicians. We’ll need to remove the old set and apply a new one.

Payment Responsibility:

You understand and agree that all services rendered are charged directly to you, and you are personally responsible for the payment of the agreed-upon amount at your appointment. Leaving the premises without settling your invoice will result in a £35.00 small court claim fee and will result in the respective party receiving a county court judgement. Baliff fees may be added in addition to our claims and the courts costs. We have a zero tolerance policy to non-payers.

Premise Security - Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV)

For your safety and ours, we have CCTV cameras recording at our entrance, in treatment areas, and in communal spaces. We only access the footage for investigations into client disputes or as evidence for non-payment claims. However, this is very rare.
